Return & Refund Policy
Effective Date: September 1, 2025

At JD Bath and Floor Depot, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Every item is carefully inspected before it leaves our facility to ensure it meets our high standards. However, we understand that issues can occasionally arise, and we’re here to help.


Inspection & Acceptance

  • Customers must inspect all products at the time of delivery or pickup.

  • Any damage, defects, or shortages must be reported within 48 hours, along with photo evidence.

  • After this period, all orders are considered accepted and free of visible defects.


Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Return Window: Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery or pickup.

  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Opened adhesives, installation materials, or accessories

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or improper storage

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), which must be included with your package.


Refunds

  • Approved returns must meet all eligibility criteria.

  • A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

  • Custom orders, clearance items, and installed products are final sale.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original method of payment.

If you have not received your refund, please check with your bank or credit card provider before contacting us.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the issue

We will resolve the issue by offering a replacement or issuing a full refund where appropriate.


Warranty

Our products are covered by a limited manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Improper installation

  • Misuse or neglect

  • Accidental damage

  • Normal wear and tear


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, please contact us with your order number and supporting photos if applicable.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

  • We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.


Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.

  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
